Security Self Storage President Norm Kotoch, Jr., delivered the keynote speech to more than 200 graduating seniors at the 2011 Lake Catholic High School commencement ceremony on May 27.
A 1981 Lake Catholic alum, Kotoch focused on three themes in his message to students:
When I began to think about what I would speak about tonight, it wasn't the change that struck me as significant, it was the three things in my life, and yours, which will remain constant, give us strength, comfort, and conviction. It's our faith, our family, and our friends.
“I have stayed closely connected to my alma mater over the years, and giving back is very important to me,” said Kotoch. “It is a great honor to be asked to speak to these young adults as they enter a new chapter in their lives.”
Earlier this year, Kotoch accepted the “Cougar Pride Award” for his dedication and time volunteered to support Lake Catholic’s initiatives. Kotoch is also chairman of the school’s Advisory Board, which provides strategic direction on school improvements, issues and programs.
