Security Self Storage hosts storage unit auctions at our six facilities on a regular basis. Dates, times and locations are published one week in advance of the auction.

A $100 cash deposit is required from buyers in addition to the winning bid. Buyers bid on all items within the said unit unless otherwise stated by the auctioneer. The unit goes to the highest sealed bid. All payments must be made in cash, and are due in full at the point of sale.
The winning bidder must remove all contents of the unit from the property by 5:00 p.m. on the day the auction takes places. Failure to vacate by 5:00 p.m. may result in loss of deposit.
