Our wine cellar is kept at optimal, consistent conditions: approximately 56 degrees, and between 60 and 70 percent relative humidity.
Our custom-made mahogany wine cabinets can accommodate both bottles and cases. In the event of power loss, our backup generator powers the room, ensuring consistency at all times. We also arm each cabinet with an alarm system, and give wine tenants exclusive 24-hour access, free of charge.
